"The owners/staff were extremely accomodating, even though we arrived well after midnight and left by 7am due to travel delays. This was outside of their office hours, so the extra effort was appreciated. The room was clean, and newly updated (except for the bathroom which was older). The beds had very comfortable mattresses, which I would go back for! The area around the facility was clean and tidy. While there wasn't much for landscaping, there was a barbeque and picnic table available for use. Considering what you get for the pricepoint in that area, they can't be beat! "

"Our Stay was great. We came for a concert and were greeted with smiles. Check in was quick and easy. Tetiana and another woman were our initial contacts. They were so nice and full of information. They helped us out with a local shuttle service which helped us get to and from the concert safely. The next morning Tetiana greeted me while i was getting coffee. Im not a morning person so i probably wasnt as friendly but she really did make me feel like we knew each other forever!! I would say she is a wonderful asset to the hotel! The breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner works great as it was 40+ degree weather! Will definitely be our go to hotel when staying in Kanata! "

"Very nice hotel! Enjoyed our stay for the most part and most of the staff are very accommodating going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I dont want one bad apple to hurt a review but i will mention that the night auditor who states hes from England is very rude to the point where it was very uncomfortable to even take to him. He told us that canadians dont understand english "

"My only complaint is that the tv options were lacking, no way to cast to the TV, no option on the TV for Netflix or Disney. And the only movies available for rent were not even new movies. Everything else about our stay exceeded expectations. "
