"We had a junior suite it was very clean and had everything we needed. There is not a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from. The resort restaurant was ok for the convenience. The property was well maintained. You are paying for the location. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, as always. Gorgeous views. Lots of tourists this time of year, more than we've ever seen before, especially near the bridge and canoes (to be fair, there isn't really anything the Lodge can do about that). Luckily, the Clubhouse is in the perfect location for guests to hangout (either on chairs or in the hot tub) away from the crowds while still soaking in the views. The crowds died down and it was really quiet and calm by around 7pm. Brought our dog with us and she loved the dog bed and treats provided. The trail maintenance/new boardwalk they're building near the back of the lake is incredibly well done! Also, dinner was exceptional."

"Breakfast is good, has the standard included options. Lots of adequate parking Older style motel that been renovated, newer carpeting, good bathroom sink set up so it’s usable by two people. Large room area so not crowded feeling. Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, pricy for what I am used to paying…. "

"There's no fan in the washroom, so it will be stinky if someone uses the washroom, the hotel facility is very old, it smells bad in the hallway. I did not find warm water, there's only a jar that you can get some cold water, not sure whether the water in the jar is from tap water, other hotels provides"

"The hotel was very nice. We had a room with kitchenette (even though we didn't use the kitchenette), Very tasteful and nice for families with everything you need. Exceptionally clean, liquor store right on premises with restaurant as well. Was pricey for a room however. Will stay there again."

"As for the location, this felt like a nice, cute hotel; we spent a night there on our way from Central Alberta to Victoria, BC. Not one of the hyperscalers in the hospitality business, this hotel had everything one needs to spend time comfortably. Highly recommend it for people traveling with families. Can't say too much, as we stayed a night in transit. Thank you to the staff and management."

"We werent sure if we paid twice as I reserved days before with a credit card but I paid by debit when we checked in. Not much interaction with staff.When we checked out at 1030 there was no staff as we wanted to asked if we mistakenly paid twice."
