"The property is beautiful and is a must visit on your trip. The food was good, but certainly not the best I've ever had. Not having Wi-Fi in the rooms was a little inconvenient as I was trying to check work email each evening and I was unable to do so when I stayed at the Emerald Lake Lodge. The staff move at their own pace. But when they finally get to you, they are very friendly."

"When we arrived the front desk was so very friedly and helpful. We were so happy when the young lady informed us a shuttle was available immediatley to take us to lake Louise. The pub had excelllent wine by the glass and cocktails. The food in the resturant was amazing. The sceniary was spetacular. All the staff were very friedly and helpful. Our rooms were so comftable and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the real glassware and the compimentary delcious coffee."

"Best location at Lake Louise! The cabin was perfectly cozy with everything we needed. Although other cabins are close, it was quiet and we rarely saw anyone. Bed and pillows slept wonderfully, fireplace stove was warming, soaking in the claw foot tub with bath salts was relaxing, and they had so many small touches that made the place welcoming. The view from the back deck was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was friendly and amazing with helpful information. They had a great tea selection and being able to borrow bear spray was such a huge help. We walked to the lake on an easy path about 1 mile. Highly recommend staying here."
