"Overall Experience The hotel is well-maintained and offers ample parking space, which was very convenient. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always helpful. The location is also a major advantage, as it is close to popular tourist attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. Areas for Improvement 1. Bathroom Upgrades: The bathrooms could use some significant upgrades. The toilet bowls appear outdated, and the flush was slow. One of the toilets even got clogged during my stay. 2. Outdated Plumbing Fixtures: The bathtub plumbing fixtures look like they are from the 1990s! 😂 Updating these fixtures would greatly improve the overall guest experience. 3. Microwave Facilities: It would be helpful to have a microwave in each room. Alternatively, the hotel could install better-quality microwaves on each floor for guests to use. 4. Security/Damage Deposit: The hotel required a $100 security deposit. Given the outdated furniture and bathroom fixtures, I was a little surprised by this requirement and wasn’t entirely sure why it was necessary. Final Thoughts: The hotel has several positives, particularly its helpful staff, convenient location, and good parking facilities. However, upgrading the bathrooms, plumbing fixtures, and microwave facilities would significantly improve the guest experience. With a few improvements, this could be a much better place to stay."

"Great location close to great restaurants and nightlife. Luniv Cafe is just a few doors down for amazing crepes, coffee and matcha! The Plains of Abraham park and museum is just behind the hotel and makes for a very nice evening walk after dinner. Very easy to walk to the old city from the hotel. The hotel is very old but clean and the rooms have a lot of old charm with exposed brick and antique furniture. If you’re looking for modern this isn’t the place for you."

"We loved the location of the property, but less so our room #005 which was in the basement. There was a window, but it was at street level, , and we could not see out unless we stood on a chair. People walking by on the street could see in, so we had to keep the shade closed for privacy. The shower had black mould where the glass walls met the base - this should be easily solved. The good thing about the location of our room was that it was close to the breakfast and whirlpool areas. All day coffee availability was welcome. Breakfast at $20 per person was overpriced, so we did not partake. The whirlpool jets were not working, so the tub was just a hot bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we recommend this location, and would stay here again."

"A great one-night stay! The hotel was clean, our room was comfortable (though the bathroom layout could use a tweak), and the Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. Parking was a little bit tough, but despite checking in late and not speaking much French, the front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. We'd love to stay here again to explore more!"
