Hotel Murah di Uptown

"The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevators. Room was damp and had a moldy smell."

"The room was clean.. that’s the good part.. there was no bathroom fan, bathroom door would stick and had to push to up or close it, elevator was broken, a/c unit would not get cold, tv only allowed 5 channels. We ended up canceling our additional day due to the condition of the hotel. Never again will I chose this location."

"This is a good basic hotel. Well priced and convenient on the highway. Breakfast was surprisingly good and they kept items stocked. The room was pet friendly (no carpet or rugs to worry about) and the pet fee was extremely reasonable."

"Upon our arrival and entering our room. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging over the shower. The sheets scared me a little, they were not Clorox white, kind of a dirty white. Amenities were a zero. No hangers in room. No drawers to place your belongings, No room decor, no information booklets, no tv guide, no pamphlets of any kind. Dinning area is horrible. No impressed by far, but it served the purpose. I’m sorry to say that we will never stay at this hotel...

"The staff is amazing and so personable. Most hotels are a bit “put off” when traveling with pets, not this place! They even gave us a special sign for the door indicating my pup was in the room. The night clerk made cookies, breakfast was really good, and the place was so clean you could smell it when walking in. It’s also located within walking distance of nice restaurants. Loved everything about this hotel."

"Overall, the hotel was very nice, and I would give it 4 stars. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the main lobby had a very strong bleach smell. While I appreciated knowing the area was clean, the odor was so overpowering that it started giving me a headache. They should definitely tone it down. We also had an issue with our shower not working properly. However, the staff was very accommodating and immediately provided us with another room to use for showering until ours was...

"It was an okay stay. The place good of had some detail cleaning. Also, the breakfast was more like snacks. The coffee wasn't even hot out of the dispenser. The staff was pleasent and eager to help."

"Justin was excellent! Breakfast keeps getting more and more limited. Same every day, link sausage, powered eggs, potatoes. 11 days of this gets old. Cereal and waffles, yogurt were available. How about fresh bananas, hot chocolate, single wrapped pastries, not bulk cheap stuff? Bacon."

"Dirty carpet even the hallway, ran out of food very early in the morning and they even cannot refill milk. Front desk is very cold and not helpful at all. Room smells very moldy."

"Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror....
