"Very disappointed with the “Cozy Queen” room. It looked nothing like the photos online — extremely small, tiny window, and only one nightstand. For nearly $600, it felt very misleading and not worth the price.
When we raised this at reception, one of the ladies was very rude and dismissive, saying we booked a room type rather than the exact room shown in the photos, which felt unhelpful and not understanding of our concern. The two ladies at reception overall came across as rude."
