"Great place and is a great location (if not looking for the crazy part of Key West). Would give this place 5 stars if they kept up with it. Year over year we have stayed here and they are letting some maintenance go. One of the elevators not working was a drag. Lots of bird and iguana poo around the pool. Poolside bathrooms are a little rough.
Was surprised in 4 days no was power washing. Still a great place and will probably stay here again!
Staff is great and housekeeping was fantastic!"

"Great location on Duval Street provides an easy walk to most attractions. The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, although a bit small.
Will definitely stay there again the next time in Key West."

"The beach and pool area were very nice. Service was also great on the beach. Rooms were very clean. The only thing negative about the property is they charge you for parking. So on top of the 60 dollar resort fee parking is an additional 40 to 50 dollars a day. Complementary parking should be available to those who stay at the resort. "
