"Staff was great except the Manero restaurant was awful when it came to service and ordering a wagyu steak from the hotel since they don’t serve it. The hotel charged me when the Montero staff refused it . Had they told me I would’ve left the restaurant and ate it at the other restaurant especially when having a high profile guest visiting and joining me for dinner"

"Really lovely hotel, but either busier than expected or under staffed. Food was excellent generally, but dont order the lasagne. Well cooked beef and pasta but no bechamel and no tomatoes: weird. 7/10 overall as it simply didn't justify the high price for the room and whilst the service was courteous, food delivery was too slow."

"I would not recommend Hotel Zen Airport, especially for families with children.
On arrival, the hotel took a £200 deposit, which I am still waiting to receive back. During our stay, the hotel had no water or electricity for around 7 hours on the first day, which was extremely inconvenient for families and children. Just two days later, similar issues happened again and many guests were complaining.
Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful or professional when dealing with these problems....

"Extremely disappointing and not what I expected when booking a suite. This is essentially a bedroom with a bathroom in a shared, very old property. The bedroom window is at street level, directly facing where people walk past, while the bedroom door opens onto the stairwell and main entrance used by everyone. It was extremely noisy, and I got virtually no sleep. As a result, I had to cancel a day trip I had booked.
The condition of the room was also poor. Several lights did not work, the air...

"Overall we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Plenty of space and comfortable furnishings with actual real sized sofa and chairs. It's probably one of the nicest places we've stayed (comparing to Ibiza, Menorca and Tenerife). Generous sized balcony and wonderful ocean view. The only thing that was not outstanding was the breakfast but generally no complaints since there are plenty of restaurants around. We would definitely come back to Hotel Yaramar. The A/C was wonderful!"
