"It was a quiet and clean place to sleep. That's the most important thing. The room was listed as a Double Queen, which was a surprise because when it was owned by Best Western this hotel didn't seem to have double queen rooms, just double Full rooms. So we go it since we had kids travelling with us. Nope, they're still just double full beds. That was flat out untrue. Not a real big deal, just be honest. Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, and the outside of the hotel was clean and nice. The floors in the halls and elevators are struggling, but, it's a high traffic area, so, that's to be expected I guess. Nice to have a decent place to stay in town. We'd stay again."

"Here’s a shorter, more concise rewrite that keeps your voice: My wife and I stayed here while visiting Williamsburg and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean and welcoming, with a pleasant fragrance in the lobby. Amy made check-in quick and easy. Our handicap-accessible room was spacious and well designed, with grab bars in the bathroom for safety and a very comfortable bed. The staff greeted us warmly at breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Williamsburg."

"Hands down one of the best Holiday Inn's I've stayed at. Every single staff member I encountered during my 16-day stay was kind and helpful. Starting with Glenn upon check in, followed by housekeeping, the nice maintenance guy, as well as the morning crew. All were very helpful guiding me throughout my stay as I'm not from the area and was there on an extended work trip. Your dedication to your job and your hotel guest does not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much!!! <3"

"The room itself was very clean. However the bathroom was not. Found hair on the ceiling, countertops, and in the shower upon arrival. There was also hair on a couple of the towels as well as if they were not switched out. The tubs paint was also peeling in our room. We were only there for the weekend though and the towels were switched out for us which was great. So we made the best of it that we could."
