location is good
Hotel staff was friendly, helped with all requests, children animation is very good, beach is clean and not crowded. No internet connection in rooms, very bag WIFI connection in restaurant. Also they have real big problem - food in restaurant is disgusting, prices are very expensive (twice higher then in Tbilisi/Batumi) and you have no alternatives to eat somewhere else. Breakfast is very poor. Also there is a big noise outside from 6 AM, two houses are being built nearby.

Оазис покоя- обещали нам на фейсбуке... Предвкушали именно такой отдых, с пением птиц и шумом прибоя. Первой мыслью по приезду было немедленно уехать, ощущение разочарования возникало на протяжении всего отдыха. Вокруг стройка, ездят камазы, работают дрель и пила. С этим мы просыпались, с этим засыпали, неоднократно рано утром нас будила стройка, приезд мусоровозки, ремонт трансформатора. Разочаровало кафе-почти всегда пересушенное мясо в любом виде.Обменивались негативными отзывами о еде почти все постояльцы, озвучивали администрации, похоже, только мы.Отдельная благодарность Сюзанне- очень приятная и душевная официантка. Путешествуем мы семьей каждый год по разным странам, но таких ужасных матрасов, как в этом отеле, не встречали. Администратор Дина пыталась сделать наш отдых более комфортным, нам выделили дополнительные одеяла, за что выражаем ей благодарность. Огромный плюс этого местечка-это пляж и море. Черный магнитный песок, широкая пляжная полоса, плавный заход в воду и долгое мелководье, чистое, теплое море и очень мало людей. Такого мы не видели нигде! Просто персональный кусочек пляжа и моря, когда метров 500 днем ни одного человека. И второй плюс- это педагоги Лена и Рита, которые проводили ежедневные развивающие двухчасовые занятия для деток. Детки мастерили, играли, танцевали,готовили, узнавали о разных странах, даже снимали фильм. Благодарим педагогов за насыщенный детский досуг!

Разочарование
Нам с этим отелем совсем не повезло. Бронировали двухкомнатный номер на 9 ночей с 3 по 12 июля. При заселении выяснилось, что кондиционер дует только теплым воздухом. На улице в это время было +38. Нам было предложено последовательно 1) "подождать пока он раскочегарится"; через час 2) "может ВАМ прислать мастера?"; еще через час 3) переселили в однокомнатный номер, с обещанием назавтра переселить в другой двухкомнатный. На следующий день нам вручили как компенсацию бутылку вина (вино у них разливное, но вполне приличное) и переселили в двухкомнатный номер, в котором кондиционер работал, но - Внимание – активно тек - внизу в луже воды уже лежало полотенце. Одна комната, в которой есть кондиционер - охлаждается приемлемо. вторая - гораздо хуже, температура там выше градусов на пять (все шторы при этом закрыты). В итоге съехали в другой отель. Никаких извинений так и не услышали. Для Шекветили в сезон нормальный уровень цен 40-50$ за однокомнатный номер, не больше!
В целом: Отель открылся в мае 2017. Уже к открытию набрал пару десятков восторженных отзывов, на которые в дальнейшем клюют отдыхающие. Много недоделок. Wifi только на 1 эт. Кондиционеры слабые. Вентиляции вообще никакой - душно. Пахнет краской. По пути к морю идут две стройки частных домов. Болгарки работают весь день. Все двухкомнатные номера выходят на сторону от моря. Детская площадка слеплена из металлолома и палок, с нарушениями техники безопасности.
Кухня - в целом хорошая. Часть блюд делают заранее.
