"My son and I stayed at hotel Charles for 3 nights during a trip to the city and cannot fault the staff for friendliness and politeness. On arrival our room door lock wasn't working, so we were upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost - the only minor issues were that we were right next to the main road, so pretty noisy, but so tired after walking miles around the beautiful city, we actually slept through it! Our breakfast was lovely, great selection of different food and once again, the staff...

"Hotel GIN is new and very well located for sightseeing Budapest. It’s is central yet quiet and you are always within 20 minutes of one site or another. Very good food spots too. The hotel is clean and well taken care off. I had issues with my first room and they changed it even upgraded me, no issues. I initially needed to cancel the booking due to unexpected ill health but they refused saying I had booked a non refundable room meanwhile all they offered on Expedia were the non refundable room....
