" ホテルの人はとても親切でした。問題はシャワーで、温度が低すぎて浴びることが出来ませんでした。セントロ地区にも長距離バスターミナルにも歩いて行くことが出来ます。朝食は、炒り卵とパンと飲み物。野菜が欲しいと思います。"

"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."
