Front desk was nice but not helpful and a bit rude to another person looking for guidance on an event at THEIR facility. Pool is small and a little cold. Hot tub was nice. "the expansive ocean + wine glasses photo is highly misleading. any view of the ocean is peek a boo, and most of the property stares at a street and hedge that obstructs view of water. property: furniture, carpet, interior and amenities are old outdated and tired. on an 80+ degree day the air conditioning failed and they required us to keep it turned off. so hot impossible to sleep, and when approached about it the front desk worker said that they might be able to deduct 10%. totally over priced...

"Gorgeous setting with the marina view being worth the upgrade. Most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a long time. Fireside staff and food were excellent. 2 free Expedia drinks used for breakfast for a Bloody Mary and a cappuccino. Stella Coffee bags in room were quite good. Jetted tub with locally made bath salts was a bonus! Our only regret was not getting there for the 2pm Expedia VIP check in to enjoy this room and area longer. Next time!"

"This place has nothing proper and room key didn’t work bed room was dirty because the original room key would work so they put me into a different one and it was dirty and foul I will not go there and I payed for a room I didn’t even stay in I decided to camp in my car I would like a refund to my account"

"I had high hopes based on the pictures, but was severely let down. Room was decent and mostly clean; however, under the bes was incredibly dirty, we only had 2 towels for the 4 of us in the room, and the TV did not work (we told the front desk and asked for maintenance to fix it, but there was no resolution not great when traveling with a 2 and 5 year old). We stayed for 3 nights and our room, even though we requested it to be done each day, was only attended to the first night. Worst parts-...
