"Handy hotel for Geneva airport with free airport shuttle, although we were unable to work out how to get it from the airport to the hotel. Family was very sizeable and well laid out with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. Would recommend for a night before a flight. Only disappointment was the restaurant offerings, which were average quality and expensive."

"Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. "It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."

"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. "This place is a hidden gem even in the rain. Beautiful views surrounded us. The view from our room was amazing. The attractive style of the hotel made us feel very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. We rented e-bikes on property and cycled the lake trail. So fun!! Wish we’d allocated more than one night. I don’t see how you could be disappointed especially in the warmer months to use the lake amenities. Hope to return."

Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses).
