"Summary: Upon checking into my room I discovered the bathroom sink leaked, air con didn't work, room phone was unplugged and the bath initially wouldn't drain. In addition, room service doesn't take card payment only cash and the option to have food charged to my room got lost in translation. Needless to say, I'm unimpressed. Its says on site self parking but there is no parking spaces , you have to park on the side road by yourself, unsecure park also we had scratch on the car. 2. We get premium room with garden sight and kind bed but they merge 2 single bed and they dont even know why 2 single bed in room. We try to explain them its not normal .
