"I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. "Had a a very nice stay over 2 nights at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and had all the required amenities. Good selection for breakfast with plenty of choice and items were replenished at regular intervals. Nice views from the restaurant and breakfast area, both located on the top floor of the hotel."

"Very nice hotel in Meilen with friendly personnel. The room was great especially because of the view. The bathroom needs soom renovation. The highlight during my stay there is the winter garden where breakfast is served. Food was delicious and atmosphere very cozy"
