"Der Check-in verlief etwas schwierig. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung wurde angegeben, dass ich eine E-mail vor dem Check-in erhalten werde, wie alles abläuft. Bis zum 07.06.2026 war dies jedoch nicht der Fall. Eine auf der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht existent. Auf eine E-mail meinerseits an Expedia erhielt eine E-mail, in der mir eine ID-Nr. mitgeteilt wurde, mit der ich nichts anfangen konnte. Bei der Ankunft im Urlaubsort war die Unterkunft sehr schwierig zu finden.
