Room size was good. Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them. I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. Stay but dont get the breakfast option.

We loved our stay here. Front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel is beautiful. Location is amazing.

Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise. The entrance is from the alley behind the street, and the lobby is on the second floor. So you check in on the second floor. Easy once you understand, confusing the first time. There is a drug store as well as a Lawson's on the first floor. Hotel is close to the train station, so easy to get around. Trains have tap in / tap out, so use a credit card / phone etc to tap into the station, use same card / device to tap out. Very convenient. Parking is a bit awkward. There is a huge underground parking just opposite the hotel in the street. But it is confusing to get into. Lots of one ways, and confusing to find the entrance. Once you find the car entrance, lots of parking. The human exit is right next to the hotel. Onsen was fine, though limited onsen amenities compared to other Onsens we have used.

The hotel and room were wonderful and the staff was excellent and very helpful.
