"The power went out at around 1am and was out for 2 hours. It was very hot in the room without A/C which made falling back asleep challenging. It kinda ruined our morning hike because of the lack of sleep."

"It was a bit "dated" but management was very pleasant and room was clean. Nothing fancy, but nice. All I need is a place to lay my head and get a good night sleep. Plenty of restaurants in the area and some certainly in walking distance. One of our favorites for breakfast is the Red Rock Cafe. I would stay here again if in the area."

"Pool was too cold. Hot tub was too hot. Breakfast hours limited if you wanted to start a hike by sunrise or get to the trailhead parking lot before it was filled. Breakfast line was backed up because of the way it was organized. Plates were on one side but line started on the other side with the food. Pancake maker was first so it backed the line up."

"Booked two nights around busy weekend. Got a room on 2nd floor. - The ROOM - This room had really nasty carpet I've seen in a long time. Beds were acceptable. But the carpet was stained all over and looked like it has not been deep cleaned for ages. Just nasty!! Bathroom floor wasn't that clean either. KEEP UR SHOES ON!! The dude at night was cool, but the crazy lady in the morning gave me misleading info. Not helpful at all. Ice machine did not work.... We ate at the Mexican...

"The ac in our room hardly worked. And it was hard to sleep. When we contacted the front desk, all they offered was to give us fans. And refunded our 35 resort fee. A place that charges over 600 a night I would expect better."

"Breakfast was wonderful when Joan worked it but not so much when she was on her days off. Our first room the smoke alarm started at 2:30 am and went on and off. Front desk said it was low battery and not to worry so we got no sleep that night. The next day the wonderful staff, Ashley, noted our issue and gave us a new room. We stayed for 14 nights total and our room was never cleaned. On like day 12 we were asked if it needed to be cleaned we declined at that point. We empty our own trash...
