"The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!"

"The best experience staying within the walls! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Filled with so much charm. Breakfast was perfect. We rented a car and were given permission to drive into the town to get our bags into the room. Parking was easy to find outside the walls and the walk back to the room was 5-8 minutes."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Unser Apartment war eine Maisonette mit viel Platz und einer grossen Terrasse. Der gepflegte Garten, der schöne Pool und der Blick auf San Gimignano war einfach toll! Lediglich die Moskitos waren nervig aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Man ist halt mitten in der Natur. Darum... Mückenschutz in jeglicher Art nicht vergessen!"
