"This Aparthotel is stunning! The setting by the Lake is beautiful and I took nature walks around the hotel. The Outdoor Pool was perfect in the heatwave. The location is fabulous so close to Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle. You get a kitchen in your room and the nearest Supermarket Carrefour is a ten minute Walk away. I made. A vlog of everything in this Hotel to put on my You Tube Channel “Fairy Godmother”. I recommend it for trips to Disneyland Paris especially if you have an Annual Pass...

"Sweet reception team! Gym equipment all broken - its obvious since a long time as there was signage- plus aircon doesnt work in gym like a sauna. I went both days and it was not cleaned in between. No wifi two days. Key card system not working on day 1. Bathroom bin broken Iron not working. Dirty water refill bottle. Bags of rubbish in hallways until 10pm. "Late check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was big enough for 2 kids and 3 adults. 1 minute walk from the train station that gets you to Disney land which is 1 stop. Bad bits: No plug outlet next to a mirror The provided hair dryer wasn’t the best The air-con did not work and when we spoke to them, they said they would send a technician but that never happened. "The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
