"The Chalet is not in the place hotels.com stated it was. I based my choice upon distance to the ski area. Your website states its a 9 minute walk to the ski lift. In actuality it was a 20 minute drive. The information on your site was contradicting and turns out I had to pay the the owner directly at an additional 500 swiss francs.
Chalet was beautiful and clean. Owner was very kind and understanding. Location was just wrong for us. We were a total of 5 with dog. The chalet was 150 meters...

"Beautiful hotel and exceptional location high on the hill above Champery. It exceeded all of my expectations as did the cows grazing outside our balcony. I wish we could have stayed longer. Best value for price in all of Switzerland!"
