When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely...

"La struttura è molto carina , pulita. Bagno grande e asciugacapelli top neanche nel 5 stelle lusso lo trovo cosi. Unico neo le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sentivano tutti i rumori della stanze adiacenti... sopratutto il bambino che piangeva."

"Expérience décevante rien à voir avec les photos du site, spa fermé non renseigné sur le site, aucune personne à l’accueil.
Nous étions les seuls clients de l’établissement. Pas pu avoir de renseignements sur les infos de l’hébergement et l’appartement était très sale et peu accueillant. "
