"Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error. "The room was fine. It was larger than I expected. A couple of minor things like no wastebasket in the main room. But the biggest issue was the ridiculously complicated A/C system. I shouldn't have to scan a QR code to get instructions to use the A/C. And in fact they did not work properly. I had stayed in five previous hotels on this trip and each unit had three buttons. One for increasing or decreasing the fan. Another for increasing or decreasing the temperature. And a third for on/off. This was supposed to do that but didn't. It brought up strange numbers that didn't relate to fan speed or temp. As a result I was unable to adjust the temp as I would have liked. I won't stay here again because of that."

"Clean room Helpful staff GREAT French dinner What I did not like: A very noisy group of Indians (I'm from India but not like them) They ruined the whole atmosphere by playing a continuous loud music while they dined. During breakfast they touched the food with their hands - the Hotel staff needs to be firm about this. There were tongs, spoons to serve but they preferred not to use them. They made a noise in the corridors at 23:00. NO MANNERS!!"

"certains membres du personnel sont vraiment aimable comme le gérant et d’autres nous disent pas bonsoir lorsqu’on rentre à l’hôtel mais en général le staff est gentil. il était pas possible de faire un early check in alors les chambres sont vraiment disponibles après 15h peut etre par manque de personnel? il a pris du temps avant d’avoir des updates du personnel par rapport à savoir si le early check in était possible. L’alarme de feu arrêtait pas de sonner meme s’il n’y avait pas de feu. une fois il a sonné 5 fois la nuit pendant qu’on dormait. Le staff nettoie bien en général et le déjeuner est bon mais l’assiette pour se servir est petite."
