Hotel Independent di Val de Bussy

"This hotel felt more like a 3 star hotel. It was a lot older than the photos online. The room felt very dirty and old. I hated the carpet, the discoloured fabric headboard, and the thick fabric curtains. I could feel the filth in the air. Also the city tax was very expensive. For two nights I paid 34 Euros for 2 ppl. All my other hotels I paid between 8-14 Euros for the same amount of nights. The best part of this hotel was the hotel staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful."

"I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs.
