"I traveled with my two children ages 11 and 16. The arrival at the airport had gone smoothly up until we waited for the hotel shuttle. We had to wait 2hours and was told we needed to go to another terminal! After arriving at the correct terminal the shuttle driver refused to take us to the hotel, and sent us back to the first terminal where we were. I decided to just get a taxi at that point.
