"Excellent location with close piste access, buses, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Having to provide our own TP and trash bags was a hassle. Sheets were well worn and had holes, but overall it's a good value for the location and the staff were friendly."

"Резиденция для 4-х слишком мала, только для 2х с натягом. Ремонт и все что есть в нем со дня основания видимо не ремонтировалось и заменялось. Очень аскетично и все синтетическое. В этот раз вообще никакой химии даже для кухни не дали. Но мы ехали кататься и постарались этим себя не расстраивать. Напишите на сайте, что надо платить обязательный туристический налог и 40 евро финальная уборка. Просите номер окнами на долину, а не на проезжую часть, т.к. слишком шумно даже глубокой ночью, а спать...

"Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed. Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam. Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later… "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and so attentive. The lady on reception was wonderful! She made our holiday. The bus stop was convenient and buses ran on time. The view was lovely. Altiport is a great place to stay. It was great value. There were a few things that stopped it being excellent. The property was not ski in/ski out. It involved a walk. There was also no swimming pool as advertised. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. There were no mugs, only espresso cups....

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "
