"The hotel/ motel has put “lipstick “ on the decor- however it can’t hide the fact- or smell that this was once a fully smoking accommodation so the rugs and drapes smell of old smoke. The buffet breakfast was limited and simple. Nothing worthy of note. Sheets and bathroom were clean- which is expected."

"Situated 15mins walk from city centre, 10 mins from train station. Clean rooms, bedding ok (extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe). Friendly staff although we didn’t see them much. Kitchen facilities and common rooms (we didn’t use). Would definitely recommend and use again. Only downside was cost of coffee from the vending machines, bit expensive."

"Good location. Front reception staff was grumpy late at night. Everybody else in the hotel was nice and accommodating especially the kitchen/breakfast who offered coffee. Ciao."

"One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors. "

"Beautiful, well provisioned room. Courteous, professional staff. Very good ammenities. Excellant restaurant. Relais La Colombara was an absolute home run. We loved everything about it. We will definitely be returning the next time we travel to the area. "
