Tuvimos un problema con un pinchazo en nuestro coche, el personal del hotel fue muy amable y hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos, gracias a lo cual evitamos tener que llamar a la grúa y otros inconvenientes. We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. Parking was close by and very close to Haro and the wine tasting and trails to bike and walk. great base for Rioja wine visit"
