The staff provided exceptional assistance, facilitating both complimentary airport shuttle service to the hotel and taxi arrangements from the hotel to the Ravenna cruise port. Breakfast offerings were of superior quality. The hotel's proximity to the train station, located less than 50 meters away, offers convenient access to Venice for approximately 5 euros. Train schedules can be obtained from the staff."
