"The apartment was excellent and nicely laid out. The staff was really helpful as well. Felt like a home away from home, very comfy. I only found the key locks at the front entrance and waste disposal was hard to open."

"Good value, and nice to have a kitchen. The fittings are fairly new, and everything worked well. There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards). My studio was on Cowley road. Despite being on the third floor, it was quite noisy. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, and my visit coincided with a heat wave, making sleep difficult. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests.
