"Great central location. 1 minute from beach front and promenade... Room only is very clean and well planned. Doesn't have any facilities to make hot drinks in the room. Breakfast options also limited. It seems you have to pay 13€ for Breakfast, even if you only want a coffee. If you wanted to enjoy a coffee in the morning, in the terrace area on floor 7, you'd have to buy coffee form local café. Most café don't open till 09:00... Seems to defeat the point of enjoying a stress free coffee on the premises... I tried to buy a single coffee but I was told NO."
