Wonderful property, seems like a "VRBO rental apartment building"? Front desk has people there, very helpful folks. Not the greatest location, but not bad either - and, for the price, very happy with our decision to stay here. All the amenities we needed, very nice place!

Lovely apartments and staff, shame about the beds!

Lovely building, very decent apartments, very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside were that the beds are ROCK HARD and you only get 1 thin pillow each. That will suit some people but we found it. Very uncomfortable!

The property is near the main market and in the heart of the city. However the walls are thin so you can hear neighbours arguing and walking past your bedroom window. The concierge service is so helpful and friendly. The laundry area may need some cleaning as the machines have a lot of mould. One time I was drying my towels and someone left a wet floor mob in it to dry as well. But overall good place.

The apartment was a good size with everything we needed. It was in a fairly good location close to shops, bars and restaurants. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good value for money.

Staff is great, rooms are spacious. Location is close to some sites and only a few minute walk from public transportation, restaurants, and grocery store. Only issues are it was loud at night every night and the wifi was not good at all. Overall a great stay though.

I really loved staying at Flats Friends Soho Suites. We had 2 weeks in Valencia and the apartment was perfect for my family. We absolutely loved the area, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was a water leak in one room that didn't get dealt with during our stay but it was just a minor issue. I would definitely come back if I was in Valencia again.

The property is ok, although the bathroom would require some work and the sink was really odd. It would have been nicer to have a kettle in the room. The staff was courteous. The location was quite central, however quite noisy. The most off-putting aspect was the amount of prostitutes and men outside the property for the entire day. That was really uncomfortable for our children. I would take it into consideration if you're planning to visit as a family.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on first floor. Very spacious and enough storage. Everything provided for our 5 day stay, except for a kettle! I would advise emptying the kitchen bin after a few days as given the heat, ants aim for leftover food. The area was very convenient to get about Valencia either walking or by metro - same line as Airport. Staff very helpful and responsive.

Positives: Helpful staff, washing machines and dryers, bike hire on site, close to the Mercat Central, price competitive. Negatives: quite noisy at times with a yapping dog down the street frequently barking and some other guest noises like shutting of doors and from adjacent apartment; one direction from the property (towards the north and northwest) a bit sketchy with hookers and dodgy looking guys - the other route in and out (towards the Santander branch) is fine.

The building and apartment were just perfect and I want to highlight the great wifi since I was working and had to take several video conference calls and the quality was flawless! Location is also very good, in the quiet part of the old town but right next to a prostitution hub which didn't make it safe if you're with a family or on your own. Also, there could be more toiletries and coffee in your room instead of having to get it from a jar at the lobby.

Bugs crawling all around room

1st room we went in, the toilet does not flash. We asked for another room. When my husband & recipetionist moved the matress to other room, our daughter saw dark red stain on bottom of matress looks like blood. We found bugs crawling around the room, look like bed bugs. There are no staffs after 6pm. We were really scared and helpless. So we had to book another hotel and ran away. This place refuse to refund us any money even though I paid extra for refundable options. DO NOT book this place!!!

Appartamento super spazioso e pulito in zona città vecchia, personale gentile La cosa che ci è piaciuta è che qualsiasi cosa hai bisogno per cucinare ( sale, olio, zucchero , caffè , ecc ) lo trovi gratuitamente nella hall Inoltre trovi lavanderia a disposizione con lavatrici e asciugatrici e ovviamente detersivi e anche un distributore per bevande e caffè Super consigliato !
