Honestly we cannot fault our stay in any way at all. It all starts with the reception desk staff and they were found to be incredibly helpful and ever so friendly. I cannot recall their names but both the young man and young lady were awesome. The room itself was also fantastic. Plenty of space to move around. A really comfortable large bed with a pillow menu also available. The bathroom was also faultless with one of the best tropical showers I have ever used. We asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got, so we slept well. Breakfast was also great. We typically went down early when the breakfast area was almost empty. It was busier the last day but we went down much later. All of the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast food options were also great with a menu option available to allow one to sample a cooked breakfast with varying options. Cereals, fruit, cold meats, cakes also available. The hotel also has a restaurant serving food all day. We only had our evening meal there on one occasion but it was lovely. We recommend the 'fish and chips'. The location of the hotel is great - being only 10 minutes away from both a main metro station and the Cathedral. Its a really lovely boutique hotel and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely, comfortable, centrally located hotel in Valencia.
