Location was great and property was generally in a good state. There were some issues with things not working in the room on arrival but reception fixed them the same day when informed which was good. The room was a bit cramped for space considering it was a deluxe room. The views of the town square from the window were great. The staff were friendly.

Fabulous. Staff were amazing, the room was absolutely luxurious, the bed was THE most comfortable, everything was spotless. Would highly recommend. It was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Of our entire trip to Lisbon, Madrid, Velencia and Barcelona, this hotel was by far the most beautiful. Bright and airy room. Beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and even had beach towels and umbrellas for use. All we had to do was give 10 euro deposit which was fully refunded. There was no change for the use. I would skip the breakfast but hotel breakfasts are never great. There is so much to do close by and restaurants are everywhere.

I stayed for one night in a deluxe room. It was extremely clean and newly renovated. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped me schedule an early taxi to the airport. The hotel is also well located within walking distance of many sites. One suggestion is to add a security chain on the door. While there was a deadbolt, I was staying alone and it would have made me feel more secure.
