We had a very good stay at this hotel in Valencia. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered healthy and fresh options. The only downside for us was the parking. The hotel uses a car elevator, and our vehicle was too large to fit. If you are bringing an SUV or a bigger car, I recommend confirming the size limits in advance. That said, there is a public parking garage about a 2 minute drive from the hotel, which worked fine for us. Overall, a great hotel with a very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a great location with friendly.

Lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping were wonderful they even serviced our room late one afternoon because we slept in . Valencia is easy to get about especially from this hotel . Just ask the front of house staff and they will get you there .

After a small mixup with our room it was rectified by the lovely check in staff and our room was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the bar staff were great and the drinks were delicious. The furniture on the terrace could possibly be updated slightly, though. Overall the stay was made better by every member of staff we encountered - always smiling, happy and helpful!

Great location but things to improve

In general the hotel was great - clean and at a great location. However, the staff didn’t make us feel welcomed at all (we did not get a single smile until like the third day) and at least our room was in need of a renovation. I can’t say that the customer service was on a 4 star hotel level. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
