"Although the room was clean, the staff was not very helpful. Although i was a guest at the hotel i got denied access to the Restaurant Casa Ribeira stating that if i didn’t have a reservation they couldn’t have me, when i clearly saw more than half of the tables empty. Honestly I felt discriminated. Additionally I tried to get hold of the reception for taxi services and they never answered the phone. I had to eat at their lounge restaurant a d the burger was subpar, a McDonalds would have been...

"PROS
Beautiful hotel
Excellent customer service by front desk and staff
Breakfast buffet is very very good and breakfast staff are sooo helpful
Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily.
There are two mini markets super closeby. One is just down the road 1min walk to the right and one around the corner to the left which is less than a min walk
The rooftop terrace and bar are wonderful. The views at night are amazing and it is lit up wonderfully at night
5-10m walk to the right takes...

"In general a good hotel.
Unfortunately there were several events in the hotel during our stay. Therefore, it was quite loud until late in the night. We talked with the reception about the noise and they reassured that it is only one more hour- but then it took another two.
Nothing was provided as an excuse or compensation."
