"Beautiful room, nice (adjustable) temp, sparking clean shower. All staff were friendly and helpful. Nice quiet& restful night on our travels. Worth the price!"

"We tried their breakfast one morning only since we don’t eat breakfast usually. It was served in a boxed container. We shared two eggs some bacon and toast. Pretty basic I think. The property is pet friendly although we didn’t have a dog. The property is very clean and was full at the time of our stay. "

"not sure if there was an event but the lobby had food sprawled out all over the floor and the staff charged me a early check in fee when someone showed up right after me and was not charged for a early check in "

"No sense of urgency. I checked in Thursday and didn’t receive new towels or sheets until Saturday after calling several times and going to the front desk. The heat was broken and never got a new room. "

"This hotel is ultra modern, with buttons galore for controlling everything from the shades, to the toilet. (Yes, it’s electronic.). I’m very tech savvy so this wasn’t daunting. The problem is that some of the tech was broken. Lights didn’t work in the first bathroom, so we had to relocate rooms. Then the TV remote was completely inoperable (no batteries?) in the second room. That’s too bad, as it took away from what could have otherwise been a premium experience. "

"2nd stay at property. Was really disappointed, compared to one year ago. Put us in a room that could not access luggage carrier..had to go up a stair case, and then down a very long hallway carrying all luggage, leaving bags on carrier (hoping they would be there when we got back.) Sounds stupid, but shower head was so broken could not stay in position; kept drifting down against the wall, so really could not get a descent shower (had to try to squish up against the wall to have water hit...

"The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came. The manager never called back when I was told she would call. Unacceptable for the huge price"

"Séjour d’un week-end. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est accueillant et bien localisé pour les déplacements. J’ai commandé un souper au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Par contre il y a deux choses qui m’ont dérangée. 1. Les murs de la douche n’étaient pas bien nettoyés dans notre chambre. Juste avec mon doigt j’étais capable d’enlever la saleté. J’espère que le ménage sera mieux fait pour la personne qui va occuper cette chambre là. 2. J’ai tout payé par...

"It was a very clean and comfortable facility. The criticism is inherent to the area. Poor view, slightly dated facilities, but all very acceptable. I would certainly recommend a return visit."

"Property was ok. unfortunately Expedia double tapped booking a single room after a website error and refused to waive the cost for an extra room I didn't I know I booked. not the hotels fault. Beware."
