"The rooms very clean housekeeping was great. The breakfast was okay they need ti add small bagels n cream cheese. One day AC acted up after that no problems. I loved that is was so quiet do to the area i was a little worried. I would highly recommend."

"We needed an affordable place that could easily access Manhattan. This hotel is in the Bronx. We walked to the Botanical Gardens. It may not be a place for the less intrepid, but the location was good for us as it’s walking distance to Gun Hill Rd subway stop. We could see it from our room, so that was fun."

"The maid walked in my room at 1030 am and started yelling at me to check out its not even 11 she saw me outside of the door smoking and was very rude"

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"Free parking and free breakfast is all this place offers that it good. Other than that is bloody sheets, WiFi internet that doesn’t work, & and loud knocking sounds from AC."

"There was no running water for a period of time on our second day. I responded to “Erika” via text and communicated the no water situation. There was no offer of water bottles or water buckets to flush toilet. The text message back said to wait until repair was done. Renovated 3rd floor had splattering of paint on bathroom tile floor. The do not disturb sign falls off the door handle. Cabinet door for fridge unit rattled when walking by… annoying."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!"

"This his place needs help…. Someone seriously needs to invest in replacing everything from furniture in the lobby, to repairing plumbing in the bathrooms, replacing rugs in the rooms, and stocking the vending machines and snacks,, beverages, and sundries at the front desk. The staff was fine, but the place is in tough shape!"

"Great room. It was a little sketchy walking from the subway at night, but I was by myself and not really familiar with the city so kind of made me anxious. Once I got to the room it was great. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was kind of an odd set up but can’t really complain for free."

"For the price it is what it is. But the bed was wildly uncomfortable. They need to invest in real blinds for the windows because all the light bleeds in and made it even more difficult to sleep. With some minor updates it would be fine."
