"Very clean, nice room but small. Not much amenities walking distance to restaurants."

"The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing was the room was cold even with heat turned up, other than the it was clean and quiet, and the check in staff was friendly and helpful. The casino staff are friendly and helpful also. We were celebrating a birthday and the only available restaurant was the cafe. That was disappointing but it was also a Monday so we didn’t get to try the Seven Sisters which were looking forward to. We will definitely go back. "

"First room that was assigned had another person's suitcase in it. Next room, TV unplugged, tear in top sheet, no cleaning service 1st night, no kleenex in the room, towels looked dirty, woke up to ants all over bedside table, portable heater, lightbulb missing in bathroom, shower went cold all of a sudden, then back to warm, and the bare floors were gritty. Yes, it is a very old hotel, but the website photos are very misleading. "

"Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had...

"Terrible place. Never came to clean the room. We stayed for 3 days and were gone for long periods of time. No clean towels. Room smelled like urine. Had dogs been in there before us? Left early. Couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"We would of liked a microwave in our room We have stay here a few times and we always got a microwave but not this time. and the refrigerator inside the freezer part of it was so frozen there was a lot of ice build up on it. But other wise we had no problem and one more thing the hot water in the sink was so hot we almost got burned bad so please turn down the water heater before someone gets burned really bad Thank you See you soon"
