"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"・経営者側の理由で、ホテルを無断で変えられた。
・しかも、ホテルを勝手に変えたことすら伝えず、単に利用確認という形で連絡がきた。
・ホテルの住所が違っていることに、私が気づかずに行っていたらどうなってたのか
・やむを得ず、新たに指定された宿（民宿、アパート）に行くと、なんと、その部屋には既に入居者あり。
・経営者に連絡して、１時間以上路上で待たされて、やっと担当者が到着。新しいアパートに案内された。"

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good.
The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled.
Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"Just a one night stay for me so didn't need much. Arrived very late so thankful communication re check in was clear and all worked well.
Once this place may have included breakfast but not during my stay.
Did feel like i was in someones home which made for a comfortable stay for a good nights sleep.
