"We had an amazing stay, the property is excellent - well maintained and clean throughout. It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door. "Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "It is located very close to the action , old building,sand stone wall, make it very unique. The only thing is the noise from the street, looks like it is next to a busy street, cars driving by never stop, the old building has no way to block the noise,The only time quiet will be from 12am to 5 am. If you don't mind the noise, this is a good unique place to stay"

"Paulous Valletta was an absolutely fantastic stay. We had the room on at the top with the balcony overlooking the harbour and our to sea. Highly, highly recommend! Comfy bed, great shower, little private kitchen (down some steep steps but if you're mobile absolutely fine). And the view from the balcony (with loungers) was great. Very well located, walking distance from everything and quiet at night. Thanks! Will come back :)"

"This property is perfectly placed for easy walks for dining/evenings out in the beautiful city, The property was clean & spacious & looked great from the outside. Sadly, it felt & smelt damp, & was completely devoid of character inside- it was so bare!. All bare bright bulbs. No mirror except for a tiny shaving mirror. Only 3 mugs, 3 knives, 2 tumblers. Even had to ask for a kettle - which was very swiftly supplied. None of the draws/cupboards opened or closed properly - from the damp I imagine....

"It was a good stay just the check in was pretty rough as they sent me a link that was to the wrong address and the hotels.com website had it at a location around the corner. Apparently they have two properties next to each other. The wifi was terrible always cutting out which made it hard tk do work. Outside of those two thing it was a good stay. Good location and great views from the terrace. "

"Pietro was truly outstanding from check in/out. We will certainly be returning to this hotel! The rooms are very clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was lovely and all fresh. The kitchen staff (visible through an open view kitchen) were lovely and very attentive. The hotel was nothing but outstanding! "

"Amazing staff to make sure your stay is memorable. Enjoyed their driver Owen that drove us back and forth to the hotel. We also enjoyed having him drive us around to discover the island (for an hourly fee). We had an amazing stay. Moul, the GM as well as Maria made sure our restaurant reservations were done and confirmed. We relied on them too to discover all the hidden gems of Valletta. Loved everything about our stay and the hotel location is THE best!"

"The Wifi worked well, breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff are extremely helpful, polite. The Hotel is close to some very good restaurants and walkable to many sites My only issue is that the power turns off in the room as soon as your close your door. This was a problem as I brought an electric toothbrush which could not get properly charged AND I could not charge my spare camera battery during the day when we were out "
