We love this resort, from its location, beautiful and quiet beach, to it cleanliness, and special the staff friendliness. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The receptionists, Farzana and Kashiri were very helpful and answered all our questions. Special thanks to Farzana and Kashiri who helping us booking the romantic dinner, sushi at black rocks pool and the lovely massages. We also love the staffs at the bar, breakfast and dinner restaurants, and Kerry and Melinda were really nice and supper supportive. We also appreciate the guest experience manager, Kemlin Charles who was helping us when we forgot our personal items in the room's safe box. Kemlin took time to ship our item back to the US after we checked out the hotel. Many things to list. We definitely be back and stay in Cocobay resort longer in a near future.

Came here to stay for our honeymoon. The resort is an absolute dream. It’s so quiet and relaxing with remarkable views everywhere. The food was also incredible. Would definitely come back again and recommend to others !

We loved our bungalow with private balcony and plunge pool. The resort is well laid out and not busy albeit I think it was fully occupied when we stayed. All the resort staff were charming and could not do enough to help. The restaurant food was very good and well apportioned. We also enjoyed both the morning beach side yoga and steel drums experiences. Would highly recommend.

The staff was the best part of the trip. The All inclusive food was the WORST not a lot of options portions was very small. We had the room with a pool outside on the balcony and there was no lights if you wanted to sit outside and enjoy the night view.

The room is for relaxing, the staff is always fun and courteous and it wasn’t our first time there and it won’t be our last. The beach(es) nearby are great and there’s variety when you go to different ones.

Amazing time! Staff were so friendly, the resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the weather is always warm and sunny. The food was spot on. I will come back every year after this beautiful resort stay.

The great stuff- The staff at Cocobay were amazing! The beach is beautiful and not crowded! The food was really good! It was peaceful- not a thumping disco anywhere in the place. The not so great stuff- the place is very old and in need of updates! Wood decking all splintery. The room pools were not heated-I never went in! Showers were lukewarm. You could only eat at meal time or get a choice of 2 panini’s during the day. If you missed dinner- you wait till breakfast at 7:30am. No room service either. The view from the room It’s rustic and they do a great job with service but I’m going somewhere with modern amenities next time.

Lovely resort, we were very lucky to have a room chalet with plunge pool that was quite private. The plunge pool is rather cold & does not get a huge amount of sun, but we were still pleased we opted for it. The decor was light & airy. Smaller resort, great food & coffee shop. Beach was great & mainly hotel members. Pool area can get a little busy. The majority of staff members were friendly, but it was a little mixed in the restaurant. Very little to do in the immediate area but options to head out via taxi. English Harbour worth a visit.

Different experience from other all inclusive. No TV’s helped to provide a relaxed and slow paced vibe. One main restaurant with new daily menu and reserved dining times worked out great because the food was always amazing! Looking forward to coming back.

Exactly what we wanted. This resort feels private, exclusive and romantic. The room was gorgeous (pool suite), the resort was so beautiful and the service was amazing. I hope we can come back soon.

The resort was stunning! Food was amazing, staff was very friendly, and the overall facility was very clean. The food was out of this world. My only complaint was that our plunge pool was too cold to use. It did not get any sun so it never was warm enough. Definitely ask if your room will get direct sunlight. Other than that, everything was perfect.
