"The Lodge has retained its charm from the 20’s as a true getaway for an outdoor experience. You can imagine Clark Gable staying there feet up in front of the stone fireplace. The cabins by the river have the same feel. The staff make you welcome and that they are glad you are there. "

"It was an exceptional good deal, the room was really clean, the service was great, it's an older property but it clearly has been remodeled and everything was really nice. Nice fridge in the room, very nice bed, tv etc. We really appreciated the great room at an affordable stay. The breakfast in the morning we skipped as it was rather sparse and there were several families, lots of kids and not much selection. But... we were not there for breakfast and that was fine. Exceptional service...

"This was such a great place to stop. First, Oscar the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing. He made all of us feel welcome, gave us some good laughs and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and what my kids loved the most was a 24 hour pool and warm cookies. Will definitely stay here again."

"Charming vintage winery with great history and lovely rooms. The Syrah suite was clean and comfortable. The sunrise in the morning was spectacular. The tasting room is directly below the suite and can be loud but closes around 7 during the week. I don’t think I would stay here during an event unless I was participating in the event. So check the calendar first if noise is an issue for you. The grounds are wonderful and there are many spots to sit and enjoy. At night the terrace is lovely with...
