"The location was near a variety of restaurants well within walking distance, and the staff was top-notch. One of the reasons we chose this location was because the breakfast buffet received rave reviews but this morning there was a meeting going on in the breakfast area, and as a result, a very chintzy continental breakfast was set up in the lobby, which left much to be desired. We were very happy with the valet service; however, when the car was delivered to us, it was covered with what could only be described as the runoff from the solar panels which were directly above our vehicle, the contents of which could only be bird excrement and urine since we could see seagulls by the hundreds sitting up there. Our room on the top floor was beautiful but because of all the seagulls outside, there was bird excrement all over the terrace and chairs prohibiting us from being able to fully appreciate this space. "

"Checked in with the patient front desk staff (patient=f..ng slow), headed to room and looked fairly clean until I put down the toilet seat and there was definitely urine on it, so I headed to swap rooms at the front desk. New room right next to the other dirty one and the bathroom again; had hair all over it... Before I went up I had told the front desk guy that the new room was next to the old one and that the same person probably cleaned it, and it would be more likely to have the same issues and it sure did.....I was up since 3am and drove 6 1/2 hours that day, I was checking in at 10pm, so yeah I was pissed. Shame!!! the last few times have been a let down, time to find a new place, there's more to tell but why bother...how difficult is a clean bed and a clean bathroom for f$%# sake.....ever heard of quality control!!"

"Breakfast is great! Love the omelet station. Always loved staying here, but you really upset us with having to pay for parking. It’s not like you are in a tight city spot where you don’t have plenty of your own parking lot property. The excuse of people potentially parking there long term due to the airport being next door is lame as well. Just give your own guests a daily parking pass with their daily stay at your hotel, and that would suffice. We were told also that the hotel likes the revenue too. That’s blatantly telling everyone that it’s just another way to make you more money. WTH! If you want to make more money, raise your rates, and don’t hide behind a parking fee to do it. Bad business choice right there, leaving a bad taste in your customers mouths. It’s still a great spot, with all the great things we love from before, but just raise your rates and do away with the parking fee. Much more honest way to make money. "
