Hotel Murah di Valleys Edge Resort

"Good services. Room is clean"

"Found the property is getting run down. Rugs need to be replaced on the whole property especially the rooms and make sure to wear shoes or bring extra footwear would not walk in just socks. The walls needs to be cleaned and painted as very dirty in whole inside of home. Visible water leak on ceiling in common area. Needs more attention to customers during breakfast time as only one person serving. Have to ask for silverware, mugs and no dishes available to customers in the evening as all taken...

"The room was remarkably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. Highly recommended!"

"Good for the price. Free breakfast was a nice feature. Like the picnic areas."

"Several things about the room were lacking: broken table leg, broken deck door handle, coffee pot didn't work, no hot water on the last morning of our stay, many Western Conifer Seed Bugs all over the room, Kleenex tissue holder was empty, only 2 towels and 2 washcloths provided for 4 people in the room, and no amenities such as lotion and bar soap. Also, the room was very cold when we arrived and it took a long time to warm up. It could have been warmed in anticipation of our arrival."

"Very run down."

"Our check in was incredibly helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the personal experience of genuinely caring staff. The motel itself is well cared for and maintained. I would stay again."

"Privacy and neatness"

"Great place to stay for a good price , close to hot springs."

"Everything was good except mattress. The bed was sinked so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Good thing is the employee was very very nice."

"Bathroom had a strange odor. It’s an older motel, room was ok. Could be updated to be more appealing. Beds were very firm. Great shower. Decent towels. Front desk Staff was excellent!"

"Cute place… wonderful owners. Really enjoyed the balcony off our room ( though the screen door would fall off!😂) .. the hot tub was a blessing after a long day. The recommended restaurant was a huge hit. And bonus were the coupons for free breakfast at Screamers( also excellent). It was quiet and comfortable."

"Отель очень понравился. Цена - великолепная, расположение - удобное. Рядом кафе и магазины в 2-4 минутах. Есть доступ к бассейну и hot tub в основном отеле, к которому идти 5 минут пешком. Есть номера с кухней, но у нас был без кухни. Кофемашина, микроволновка, большой телевизор и кинг кровать - очень понравились."

"Really enjoyed my stay!"

"I was shocked at how different the hostel was compared to the pictures and description from the Expedia website. There are no "semi-private" rooms, with only 2 beds, as described on the webdite; and the "top floor" rooms are actually just "top bunks" in the large room. The staff was understanding about my shock and approved my refund, so I could stay elsewhere. The website needs to reflect the accuracy of the actual hostel."

"very friendly staff, lounge and bar staff are fun to be with"

"Owner was very personable. Floor in the hotel room was uneven and kitchen cupboards were worn."
