"Great location"

"Hotel is conveniently located about a half-mile walk from arrival gates - through baggage claim and into the hotel lobby without braving frigid outdoor temperatures. We had a smooth check in with cheery staff, a clean room, a comfortable bed, and an absolutely exquisite breakfast buffet starting at 4AM. We found Arlanda Express to Stockholm just a 15 min walk from reception - again without braving frigid cold. We will be back!"

"Not recommended and better to stay elsewhere at this price. No amenities in the room, very small covers, and pillows, and the heat only turns on late despite being 3 degrees outside. Staff response is slow and couldn't help with parking information just across the street. At least the breakfast was good."
