"Location was the best possible, had an exit directly linked to the ski lift. Overall a bit disapponted with the service, asked 4 times to get towels everytime they say its coming and it still doesnt come. Had to go down to reception to tell them, as jist get told lies on the phone. "Chambres très grandes et balcon agréable; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgré la fenêtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiène (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelés quand on s'en est servi!. "It was a great stay. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat simple but OK. Room is spacious and has a view of the mountains. The only drawback in our room was the toilet seat had a small crack and it hurts a bit when you stand up."
