B&B in Valparaíso

"I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."

"Lovely stay in this BnB style hotel. The food was the best part! Excellent chef that makes a special meal nightly considering all dietary restrictions. Location close enough to Portillo Ski resort to drive for daily skiing. Highly recommend. "

"The room had everything I needed - a coffee station, a fridge, a very nice bathroom and a fan. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are just the two owners a mother and son duo that helped me sort out everything on the island from transportation to tours and more all to my request. The only downside about this stay is the distance from the center of town but if you rent a car as most of the visitors do in the island it's irrelevant."

"Bad experience.... check out the photo ... for example... do you see curtains ? Nope .... all the light coming in the room at all hours ... that is just one of 20 things ... the cat eating the breakfast on the kitchen counter when the girl preparing the food went outside ... too many people for the bathroom .... etc etc etc ... "Virkelig virkelig virkelig beskidt værelse. Vi var i chok over et værelse kan være så beskidt, det var som om man kunne skrabe skiftet af gulvet. Sengen var forfærdelig og fjedrene stak op i ryggen. Badeværelserne var også beskidte. Der var larm ud til sent på aftenen og der blev spillet højt musik i receptionen tidligt om morgenen. Der var så lyt at man ikke kunne sove og ingen aircon. Virkelig et ringe hostel, tag ikke hertil"

"Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zimmer zur Meerseite(unten) etwas klein, eignet sich nur für eine Person. Matratze etwas weich. Kleines Bad mit sehr kleiner Duschkabine. Störend ist, das beim Händewaschen das Wasser nur 1(eine)Sekunde läuft(wird über einen Sensor gesteuert). Ruhig gelegen. In die Stadt ca. 20min zu Fuß. Ausgezeichnetes gutes Frühstück Sehr gute Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Gute WLAN-Verbindung. Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit frischem Brot, Obst, Avocado, frischen Saft...
