"The whole place is a little tired but perfectly functional and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The main complaint is the other guests who swarmed the pool area, left rubbish everywhere and were a genuine nuisance. Not much the staff can do about that. They were mainly Dutch and Danish which surprised me. I expected better from them. "

"Friendly welcome and everything explained in detail. Shown to room and offered help with baggage. Explained how everything works in the room.
Allocated parking space, which is the same number as room number. Bottle of wine on arrival, was a lovely touch.
Room was fresh and clean. Lots of storage in the bedroom, and lovely shower. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again."
