"We checked in after 8pm and the loby was closed, a paper sigh directed guests to use the "window" around the side was a security window, buzzer and tinny, scratchy speaker . A woman inside was sweeping and looked annoyed and finally acknowledged my presence. She was less than welcoming and curt. It took her along time to check us in and she spoke very few words through the speaker at us. It felt more like a prison visit then vacation check in. "We were in town for a few days for a concert weekend. The location was great; near interstate so it was easy to get where we were headed. Lots of food and shopping options nearby as well. We had some issues with our keys not working a few times, however it was corrected each time. The shower was a but tricky to figure out, but by day 2 we had it under control. Lol .. I'm not sure if all bathrooms are the same, but get your water temperature where you want it first, then change it from the tub...
