"Very nice to stay in this hotel.. will come for next trip in Hanoi. Staffs are very kind, especially Ms. Jolie, Chloe at reception, Mr. Marco, Enzo and Alberto at front door, and Ms. Bella and Alice at restaurant. They are super kind and helpful while We stayed..
