Parking lot was well lighted, the parking spaces were a little larger than normally found in hotel motel parking lots. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plan on staying there the next time we’re in Texas headed south or headed north.

We ended up with 2 granola bars as everything was gone by 8:45 for breakfast. The room was clean and a good surprise considering the outside of the property. The bed was very comfortable and the blinds definitely blocked out the light. Quiet location apart from the occasional train. Parking right outside the door. Mixed staff ratings, one was very helpful the other not so much.
